The operating problem
Construction records often begin in the easiest place for the site team: a WhatsApp message, a photograph, or a quick voice note.
The office still needs structured information. It needs to know what happened, which project it belongs to, what evidence exists, what is missing, and whether the record has been reviewed.
What we built
Abscorp Build keeps the easy site habit while adding the control the office needs.
The system is designed to:
- -capture site updates through a familiar chat workflow
- -extract the work, labour, plant, materials, and supporting evidence
- -prepare a draft job sheet for office review
- -lock approved records and produce consistent documents
- -connect site evidence with quotes, projects, contacts, and commercial review
Where AI belongs
AI helps with extraction and organisation. It does not silently turn a message into an unquestioned commercial record.
The office remains responsible for review and approval. That human boundary is important because the output can affect payment, client conversations, and margin.
