A product-led website and lightweight admin system for a Sri Lankan baby food brand
Ether Labs built Baby Valentina a warm, product-led website with food discovery, weekly-plan guidance, feeding-stage content, and owner-facing catalogue and subscription tools.

The client
Baby Valentina is a Sri Lankan baby food brand offering fresh purees, yoghurt, juices, mini cakes, and weekly food boxes.
Parents needed a simple way to understand the products, feeding stages, and weekly options. The owner also needed a practical way to review products and manage subscription enquiries without turning the first release into a heavy commerce platform.
What we built
Ether Labs built a public brand and product experience around the questions parents ask before they order.
The website brings together:
- -a visual product catalogue
- -weekly-plan and feeding-stage guidance
- -brand story, FAQ, and contact paths
- -an owner-facing product manager
- -a protected subscription administration area
Why we kept it lightweight
Not every growing food brand needs a complete retail operating system on day one.
The useful first step was a public website that makes the range understandable and gives the owner control over the information that changes. More complex payments, customer accounts, recurring billing, and live inventory can be added when the operating need is real.
What this proves about Ether Labs
Baby Valentina shows our preference for focused software. We combined a consumer-facing brand experience with small internal tools that reduce dependence on a developer for routine catalogue and subscription work.
