A product-led website and lightweight admin system for a Sri Lankan baby food brand
Ether Labs built Baby Valentina a warm, product-led website with food discovery, weekly-plan guidance, feeding-stage content, and owner-facing catalogue and subscription tools.

01The client
Baby Valentina is a Sri Lankan baby food brand offering fresh purees, yoghurt, juices, mini cakes, and weekly food boxes.
Feeding a baby comes with questions, and parents ask them before they order: what is in it, which stage is it for, how does a weekly box work. The owner needed a website that answers those questions warmly — and a practical way to manage products and subscription enquiries without depending on a developer for every change.
02What we built
We built the public experience around the questions parents actually ask.
The website brings together:
- a visual product catalogue
- weekly-plan and feeding-stage guidance
- brand story, FAQ, and contact paths
- an owner-facing product manager
- a protected subscription administration area

03Why we kept it lightweight
Not every growing food brand needs a complete retail operating system on day one.
The useful first step was a website that makes the range easy to understand and gives the owner control over the information that changes week to week. Payments, customer accounts, recurring billing, and live inventory can be added when the business genuinely needs them — not before.

04Where it leaves the brand
Parents can now browse the range, understand the feeding stages, and reach out about a weekly plan without a single confusing step. And when the menu changes, the owner updates it directly, the same day.
