A skin centre website that earns trust before the first booking
Ether Labs built a service-led website for DIBI Milano Skin Centre in Colombo, presenting treatments, product browsing, careers, and consultation paths in a polished beauty-clinic experience.

01Before anyone books
Choosing a skin clinic is personal. Before someone books, they want to feel they are in good hands — that the treatment is safe, the care is real, and the place takes their skin as seriously as they do. Most of that reassurance has to land on the website, long before the first appointment.
DIBI Milano Skin Centre already had the substance: bespoke treatments, advanced technology, and DIBI Milano product-led care. The site needed to carry that same confidence online.

02What we built
We gave each core treatment its own page, so a visitor lands on exactly what they searched for instead of a long menu to work through. Around that we added product browsing tied to the DIBI Milano lines, a careers section for a growing team, and consultation routes placed where someone is ready to take the next step.
The design stays calm and considered — room to breathe, soft typography, and imagery that sets the tone rather than competing for attention.

03The thinking behind it
We kept one question in front of us: does this help someone move closer to a consultation?
A skin client does not want to read the whole business before finding one facial.
So the site moves in a single direction — from a treatment, to the detail that reassures, to an easy next step.

04Where it leaves DIBI
DIBI Milano Skin Centre now has a digital home that feels as considered as a visit in person: clear treatment journeys, real product discovery, and consultation paths that are easy to follow. It does the quiet work of building trust, so that by the time someone reaches out, they already feel in good hands.
